Waffles

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • Milk (1 3/4 cups)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Baking Powder (5 teaspoons)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)

Directions:

Preheat the waffle iron.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add in the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and whisk till everything is homogenous.

Gradually add 1/2 cup (2 cups in all) of flour at a time and whisk till it is fully incorporated and no lumps remain.

If your waffle iron is not non-stick spray some oil and then pour the mix onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Serve hot and you can use berries/banana, maple syrup, butter, cookie butter, or buttermilk fried chicken to serve it with.
