Ingredients:
- Chicken Wings
- Harissa Paste (1/2 cup)
- Butter (1/2 stick)
- Salt
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some salt to it. Then add the chicken wings and cook it for 10 minutes.
Then remove them and pat them dry with paper towels and place them on a rack over a baking tray and pop it into a preheated oven at 400oF and bake the wings for 30 minutes flipping it half way through the process.
In a sauce pan, place the butter and let it melt on medium-low flame. When the butter is melted add the Harissa paste and stir it to combine them and then set it aside.
Once the chicken wings are done pull them out and put them in a bowl and add the sauce into the bowl and toss it around to evenly coat the chicken wings with the sauce.
This step is optional, but once the wings were coated I put the wings back on the rack and put it back in the oven on broil setting for 5 minutes and flipping them half way through.
Serve it with chopped mint leaves and lime wedges and mint yogurt as a dip.
