
Ingredients:
- Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup)
- Blueberries (1/2 cup)
- Avocado (1/2; peeled pitted and diced)
- Chia Seeds (1 tablspoon)
- Ice (if you’re using frozen berries you don’t need to add ice)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
