Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup)
  • Blueberries (1/2 cup)
  • Avocado (1/2; peeled pitted and diced)
  • Chia Seeds (1 tablspoon)
  • Ice (if you’re using frozen berries you don’t need to add ice)

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
