Spinach Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: Spinach (2 cups) Blueberry (1/2 cup) Chia seeds (1 tablespoon) Almond Milk (1 1/2 cups) Ice (optional; I froze the berries and spinach so I didn’t use any) Direction: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients: Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) Blueberries (1/2 cup) Avocado (1/2; peeled pitted and diced) Chia Seeds (1 tablspoon) Ice (if you’re using frozen berries you don’t need to add ice) Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
