Pride Smoothie

This smoothie is 4 different smoothies layered into one to celebrate and show my support to the LGBTQ+ community. We are in an age where we should have the simple understanding of the fact that Love is Love and we don’t choose to fall in love with someone but it just happens and we should be proud and be supportive of the people who dare to step out and face the social stigma.


  • Blackberries (1/4 cup)
  • Strawberry (3-4 berries)
  • Blueberries (1/4 cup)
  • Spinach (1/2 cup)
  • Almond Milk (1 cup)
  • Avocado (2; peeled, pitted and diced)


First, add blackberries, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/2 avocado into a blender and pulse it until smooth and then add it to the serving glass/jar.

Clean up your blender jar and repeat it with strawberries, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 1/2 avocado.; then with spinach, 1/4 almond milk and 1/2 avocado and finally with blueberries, remaining milk and avocado.
