Spinach Blueberry Smoothie


  • Spinach (2 cups)
  • Blueberry (1/2 cup)
  • Chia seeds (1 tablespoon)
  • Almond Milk (1 1/2 cups)
  • Ice (optional; I froze the berries and spinach so I didn’t use any)


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
