- Chicken Drumsticks
- Garlic (6-8 cloves; thinly sliced)
- Lemon Juice (1/2 lemon)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil
Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper and set it aside for 20-30 minutes.
In a pan add some olive oil, throw in the garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes on low heat.
Now, put the chicken pieces in and keep turning the pieces occasionally and cook till the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Take the chicken off the heat and glaze them with lemon juice.
