- Chicken Wings (3 pounds)
- Chili Powder (1 1/2 tablespoons)
- Turmeric Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste (1 tablespoon)
- Garam Masala (1/2 tablespoon)
- Vinegar (2 tablespoon)
- Salt (to taste)
In a bowl, add all the spices, salt and vinegar and mix it all together.
Add the chicken into the bowl and rub the spices well on the wings and leave it for marinate for 2-3 hours and for best results leave it for marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400oF/200oC.
Place a rack on top of a baking tray and then place the wings. Make sure not to overcrowd the rack.
Bake the wings in the oven for an hour. Flip the wings half way through the process.
