Roasted Brussel Sprouts


  • Brussel Sprouts (Cut into halves; if the sprouts are small leave it as is)
  • Red Wine Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Paprika (2 teaspoons)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Olive Oil
  • Feta Cheese (optional; for serving)


Add brussel sprouts into a bowl and then season it with salt, pepper, paprika, olive oil and add the red wine vinegar. Toss it all together to coat the brussel sprouts evenly.

Heat up a griddle pan or any regular pan and then add the brussel sprouts in and fry them on medium heat for 10 – 20 minutes on medium heat and flipping half way through.

Serve it with some feta cheese on top.
